The number of conference seats is limited. The registration is processed on a first-come-first-serve basis and verification is provided to participants by email. The cost of the conference is payable on receipt. The registration kann be canceled until July 15th, 2007 without penalty. Cancellation between July 15 and August 15 implies a penality of 50% of the full conference fee, unless a substitute registration is provided. After these deadlines the full conference fee will be charged, again unless a substitute regristration is provided. 

Generally

The number of participants is limited. Registrations are considered in the order of their entrance and confirmed in writing. The participation fee is to be settled on receipt of the invoice. They know their registration until 15th July 2007 free of charge cancelling. By 15 August you can cancel your registration, whereby 50% of the registration fee become due and/or to be able to do you a spare part taker to designate. With later refusal or nonappearance we must compute the full participation fee. A spare part taker can be naturally placed. We reserve ourselves to make changes in the meeting program and in the case of the occupation of the advisers. If the meeting is shifted or called off, an immediate notification takes place. Participation fees already paid are returned without departure. Any large requirements are impossible. Reduced tickets apply to students/training against proof of the training relationship (copy of the student document of identification or proof of the teacher). The student document of identification in time not submitted (at the latest on day of the conference participation) becomes the complete amount immediately due.

Registration

Basis of the registration is excluding for the Media in Transition by the form for announcing spent by Matthias Koehler as well as these conditions of participation. Please you use the form for announcing only in each case for a participant. For further registrations we ask you to copy the congress registration or to request additional forms over our E-Mail press@mediaintransition.com. Deadline for applications is 03 September 2007. The registrations are considered in the order of their entrance. Starting from 04 September a registration is only locally on the meeting days and so far it the place capacity permitted possible. On the form for announcing the complete current address the announced of the company or individual including the legal form is to be indicated as well as the complete and current calculation address and USTID for the respective registration. The registration is possible only during a completely filled out and signed congress registration. With your signature you accept our conditions of participation. Data to telephone, fax and E-Mail are voluntary. We point out you that we need your exact postal address for the dispatch of the ticket and the calculation. For transmissions, which do not arrive for your part due to incorrect and/or illegible data or late, we cannot take over any adhesion. With confirmation of the registration by Mrs. Özlem Günay or Matthias's charcoal burner the participation contract comes off. The confirmation as well as the calculation receive you approx. 7 working days after receipt to your registration by post office. The participant document of identification exclusively applies to the announced participant. The taking along of further persons is not possible. A registration with this form is exclusively possible for the Media in Transition 2007 conference. Information to further meetings during the Media in Transition takes you please our Internet sides or sends your inquiry by E-Mail to us. For capacity reasons registrations for this ticket can be accepted only in limited number and in order of their entrance by 10 September 2007. A requirement exists only after written confirmation on our part. Reductions for pupils/students/training can be only granted, if them the registration a legible photocopy of the current proof (current student or pupil document of identification, written confirmation of its teacher o. settle ä.). Cancellations are received exclusively in writing and against return of the original entrance ticket by 15 August 2007. Payment

Please you note that payments have to take place outside from Germany obligating by credit card. Payments by transfer are possible only within Germany. At the same time with the dispatch of the participation confirmation you and/or the announcing company with separate post office receive the calculation over the participation fee. They receive a calculation for each to registration/participant. The execution of collective invoices is not possible. The participation fee is due after rendering of invoice and without departure. During late payment we reserve ourselves, a small fine from €5, - to raise. If after our written reminder no receipt of payment could be booked, we reserve ourselves to introduce a judicial reminder procedure. If the bill-to-address differs from the address for the ticket dispatch, we ask you to communicate and send together with your registration to us this in writing. Please you transfer the invoice amount under indication of the invoice number, the password „MIT 2007-Press “and the participant name at Matthias Koehler, resident of Muenchner Bank, BLZ 701,900 00, account number. 7971672. With registrations at the congress place the payment of the participation fee must take place immediately during registration by cash payment in full height.

Other

We reserve ourselves to make changes in the meeting program and in the case of the occupation of the advisers. If the meeting is shifted or called off, an immediate notification takes place. Participation fees already paid are returned without departure. Any large requirements are impossible. The congress registration takes place independently of a hotel reservation.

Area of jurisdiction

On this agreement German right application finds. To legal entities Munich is considered as area of jurisdiction.
