Santiago de la Mora from Google was somehow the biggest guy in the room - what a coincidence:

Bjoern, one of our speakers on the Web 2.0 Panel, is blogging about the conference and the pros and cons of current Web APIs - We haven’t seen nothing yet - Mashups.

(getting a massage - batteries included at MIT06)

Ibrahim Evsan - CEO of Sevenload videosharing, one of our speakers on the Web 2.0 Panel is blogging about the conference: Media in Transition Munich
A detailed summary of his speach is available on his blog as well : A Transformation of Web 2.0 to Web x.0

Just got the word in from Adrian Holovaty from the Python Web Framework Django - he’s excited to come to the next Media in Transition 2007 conference.

The Django Web Framework is the big competitor to the well-known Ruby on Rails project, used at the Washington Post, Scripps Media Group, St. Josephs Media Group (Canada) etc.

Simon, one of our speakers on the Web 2.0 panel, mentions “Media in Transition” on his weblog - What I’m excited about
Simon mentions the OpenID project, as a joint effort (including Sxip, Verisign, SixApart, Zooomr etc.). Zooomr, Kristopher Tate’s new photosharing site has support for OpenID - MyOpenID - Zooomr.

The pictures from the Conference are up on Flickr - Conference Pictures
The speaker pictures are available as a a set - MIT06 Speakers
